Themis Marinos

Director | Senior Physiotherapist

Themis, a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries Rehabilitation, hails originally from Greece. With over 10 years of experience, he has developed a keen interest and expertise in sports injury management, rehabilitating spinal injuries as well as shoulder rotator cuff injuries.

In 2013, Themis completed his BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy, in Greece. Seeking further academic advancement, he obtained an MSc in Exercise Rehabilitation, specialising in Sports Injury Management from the University of Bangor, Wales in 2016.

In January 2019, Themis was appointed Deputy Clinical Services Manager Physiotherapy at The Clementine Churchill Hospital, London. In February 2022, he was promoted to Clinical Services Manager at Hendon Hospital, where he led the physiotherapy department.

August 2024 marked a pivotal moment as Themis established his own practice, The Lab Physio Clinic, in London. At The Lab Physio, the skilled team provides comprehensive care to patients with musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Themis employs a multifaceted approach, incorporating modalities such as manual therapy, acupuncture, and tailored exercise programs to address individual needs and goals.

Themis aspires to empower every patient to thrive, moving confidently and free from pain.
